Peugeot are teasing what appears to be the Peugeot Onyx Concept on their Facebook page, a hybrid supercar heading for the Paris Motor Show. We already know that production versions of the Peugeot 208 GTi and Peugeot XY luxury 208 are heading for the Paris Motor Show, but it appears Peugeot will have something a bit more dramatic on offer. Peugeot has revealed a teaser photo of a new concept car for Paris on their Facebook page this afternoon, and a bit of digging around French motoring web site turns up more detail.

Surely the best concept name of the show? Possibly. Although it sounds like an early 80s rap MC with dirty habits, this concept is actually designed to showcase a possible all-terrain vehicle able to transport keen mountain bikers to extreme locations – as well as providing shelter to fix their rides under its twin gull-wing doors with built-in LED lamps.
Journalists often talk of cars stealing the limelight at motor shows. If any larceny was witnessed at the 2012 Paris motor show, it was most likely occurring on the McLaren stand, where the stunning P1 hypercar made its world debut. This is the culmination of Project P12, renamed as the P1 concept car to reflect F1's obsession with first slot on the grid.
